1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing voltlineatlanta.com, requesting service, or communicating with Voltline Atlanta (“Voltline,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Voltline provides licensed electrical contracting services in metro Atlanta, Georgia (GA Master License #EN009954). All work is subject to a written scope, applicable permits, and the National Electrical Code as adopted by the local Authority Having Jurisdiction.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Program
If you consent to receive customer care, appointment reminders, or informational SMS from Voltline Atlanta LLC, you agree to receive SMS from us. 4. Estimates & Payment
Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final price may vary based on conditions discovered during the work. Payment is due upon completion unless a written payment plan is agreed in advance.
5. Warranty
Voltline warrants workmanship for one (1) year from completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and equipment. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, or acts outside our control.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voltline's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
