How fast can you actually get to my house?+
Inside the Perimeter, our median dispatch is under 90 minutes for emergencies and same-day for booked service. Sandy Springs / Brookhaven / Decatur typically inside 2 hours. Roswell / Alpharetta / Marietta — next-morning unless we have a van on that route.
Do you actually pull permits?+
Yes — for every panel upgrade, rewire, generator, and EV install. We file with City of Atlanta, DeKalb, Cobb, Fulton, Gwinnett, and the smaller municipalities. Permit + inspection are baked into the flat rate.
Why is your diagnostic fee higher than the cheap guys?+
Because we send a Georgia-licensed master electrician with a thermal camera, not a tech-trainee with a multimeter. The fee gets waived if you book the repair same-day, so most customers pay $0 for the diagnostic itself.
Will my old Federal Pacific or Zinsco panel pass insurance?+
Almost certainly not — most carriers now require replacement at renewal. We do FPE/Zinsco swaps weekly and can give you a free flat quote in under an hour from photos texted to dispatch.
Do you finance larger projects?+
Yes. We offer 0% APR for 12 months and 7-year fixed terms through Wisetack. Approval is a soft pull and takes about 60 seconds.
