Section V · Honest answers

What every EV buyer asks us.

Do I need to upgrade my panel for an EV charger?+

Depends on your spare capacity. About 40% of metro Atlanta homes we install in need either a sub-panel, a load-management module, or a 200A upgrade. We run the NEC load calc on-site and tell you before any work starts.

Can you handle Georgia Power coordination for a commercial site?+

Yes — we file the EV Service Request, manage the make-ready submittal, track the transformer queue, and time the commissioning around utility energization. We've done this on 80+ sites since 2020.

What about DC fast charging downtime?+

We design DCFC sites with at least N+1 redundancy on networked dispensers, monitor OCPP uptime through our portal, and dispatch a tech against a 24-hour parts SLA from our Chamblee depot.

Do you do fleet electrification consulting?+

Yes. We've designed depots for last-mile delivery, transit, and municipal fleets. Includes telematics analysis, dwell-time modeling, sequenced charging, and a financial model with incentive stacking.
